9 May 2008 - The Japanese "TICAD Civil Society Forum" which supports African Development has begun a collaboration with the IAAF which will see proceeds from a special road running event in Yokohama, Japan, on 24 May 2008, divided equally between the IAAF’s three Regional Development Centres in Africa.
