“Along with attending my first meeting for the President's Council on Fitness in Washington DC last month and taking a vacation in the Bahamas I just returned from London.
“While I was there I shot a commercial, attended my first Premier League game where I got to watch Arsenal and Chelsea and I also went to watch my favorite team the Los Angeles Lakers play a NBA exhibition basketball game at the O2 Arena.
“The football match was by far unlike anything I had been to before. The fans are so involved and the game is so intense, I definitely want to go to many more games.
“We had a great first meeting for the President’s Council. We launched the President's Active Lifestyle Award along with General Mills with a goal to get 1 million people achieving this award. We discussed our plans for the year and how our year will go with the goal of getting more people healthy and living an active lifestyle.
“I had an amazing time on my vacation in the Bahamas. I spent a lot of time on the beach and at the pool relaxing. I also went parasailing and did some sightseeing. Of course being in the Bahamas, I happened to randomly run into Debbie Ferguson on a street in Nassau.
"I haven't really seen Debbie too much away from the track, I was planning on calling her beforehand but it didn't work out so it was funny that we just ran into each other.
“On the track side of things, I have a great management team that I'm very excited about. My brother Wes is my manager. We just completed our first season working together and it went wonderful. It is great for me having someone that I trust 100% managing my business.
“Also on my team is Jill Smoller of William and Morris who is my marketing agent. Jill is very experienced and successful. I'm thrilled to be working with both Wes and Jill.
“Thanks for reading and all of your support.”
