IAAF presented with AIPS award for best press facilities

At the AIPS Congress in Doha on Wednesday (10), the IAAF was presented with the Best Press Facilities award for the IAAF World Championships Beijing 2015.

The International Sports Press Association (AIPS) revealed the recipients of their 2015 awards in December when it was also announced that Usain Bolt had won the AIPS Best Athlete of the Year accolade for the fifth time in the past eight years.

The AIPS Best Press Facilities award has been won by every single edition of the IAAF World Championships this century.

On the same day she accepted the award, IAAF deputy director of communications Anna Legnani gave a presentation called ‘Working with the Media’ which highlighted all of the projects in which the IAAF works with the media.
