“Merry Christmas to everyone"

“I’m looking forward to Christmas, it’s always my favourite time of year.  This year I will be hosting dinner at my house for my entire family so I can't wait!"

“Thanksgiving was great.  I always have so much fun when my entire family gets together.  We had a huge dinner at my cousin’s house and played games.  We are all very competitive when it comes to playing games together so it was intense but tons of fun."

“I have been enjoying my family and friends.  I'm back teaching Sunday school at my church which is something I really enjoy."

“Training is going well.  It is that time of the year where no matter what workout coach Bobby (Kersee) gives, it all feels miserable.  I am grateful for teammates because we help each other get through the exhausting practices.  I'm definitely back into the routine of working hard and looking forward to having a great year."

“It’s been really cool because although I’ve been busy during this off season. I feel like I’ve been doing some projects that are really helping people. I am now an ambassador for Children’s Miracle Network, which helps to raise money for Children’s Hospitals."

“And Glisten, the free service I started with my brother Wes, is on the move. The service provides great workouts to women at no cost. It’s really cool to hear how appreciative some of the women are that they can get quality workouts without having to pay for them. Head over to the website www.iglisten.net.  Check it out and tell a few friends!"

“I have not set my schedule yet but I will most likely start out locally at meets here in Los Angeles like the Mt. Sac Relays.  I still haven't decided exactly what I will do this season but I'm working hard to have a successful season."

“Best wishes for a Happy New Year"
