Bolt relaxes with friends and family – IAAF Diamond League Ambassador

Traditionally the end of December and the beginning of January is a holiday period across much of the world, a time to spend with family and friends and to renew energy ahead of the new challenges presented by the New Year. But how have the top stars of our sport spent this time?

In the last few days we have caught up with some of our IAAF Diamond League Ambassadors to find out, and first in a short series here is how the world’s fastest man has been spending his time.

Usain Bolt

“I went home to visit the family in Trelawny for a few days over Christmas. I also took a few days off from training and had a very relaxing time. Christmas is laid-back for me where I can chill.”
