Reigning World indoor champions Christian Cantwell and Lolo Jones will face stiff challenges at the PSD Bank Meeting in Dusseldorf on 11 February.

American Shot Put star Cantwell, who is also the reigning World champion outdoors and the Olympic silver medallist, will take on German Ralf Bartels at the 6th edition of the meeting, organisers have confirmed.

Bartels took World bronze in Berlin in 2009 and followed up with another bronze at the World Indoor Championships in Doha last year. Bartels took the victory in the meeting’s inaugural edition in 2006 and won again last year.

Jones, who won back-to-back World indoor titles in 2008 and 2010, will face Canadian Perdita Felicien, who finished behind her at the World indoors last March. German hopes will lie with Carolin Nytra, who captured bronze at last summer’s European championships in the 100m Hurdles.

The programme will also include World 110m Hurdles record holder and Olympic champion Dayron Robles of Cuba in the 60m Hurdles, a 5000m showdown between Kenyans Paul Kipsiele Koech and Daniel Kipchirchir Komen, and Germany's Raphael Holzdeppe, a former World junior champion, in the Pole Vault.

Two hours of the meeting will be broadcast live on Eurosport beginning at 19:30 CET.
