Dibaba to run 10,000m in Ostrava

time World champion Tirunesh Dibaba of Ethiopian is the latest top class addition to the field of the Golden Spike meeting on 12 June.

Dibaba will compete in the 10,000m event, just under a week after her 5000m World record attempt at the Golden League meeting in Oslo this Friday.

Also in the field former World cross country champion Benita Johnson of Australia and top Kenyans Linet Masai, Doris Changeiywo and Grace Momanyi seeking an Olympic qualifier (31:45).

Dibaba will be flanked by a strong Ethiopian squad with World Cross Country silver medallist Mestawet Tufa and her sister Eyegayehu also lining up.

2000 Olympic champion Derartu Tulu also features in this race.
