Vladimir KANAYKIN (RUS) - 2 years ineligibility
aleksey VOYEVODIN (RUS) - 2 years ineligibility
Viktor BURAYEV (RUS) - 2 years ineligibility
Sergey MOROZOV (RUS) - 2 years ineligibility
Roman USOV (RUS) - 2 years ineligibility
Julia SMIRNOVA (RUS) - 2 years ineligibility
Anatoly KUKUSHKIN (RUS) - 2 years ineligibility
Anton JAROV (RUS) - Public Warning
