Lydia CHEROMEI (KEN) - 2 years ineligibility
Latifa ESSAROKH (FRA) - 2 years ineligibility
Scott BOOTHBY (USA) - 8 years ineligibility
Lyubov IVANOVA (RUS) - 2 years ineligibility
