A team of seven athletes have been named by Finland to compete in the 10th IAAF World Indoor Championships in Athletics, Budapest, Hungary, 5 – 7 March.
The outside medal contenders are the two shot putters Tepa Reinikainen and Ville Tissanoja who were respectively 7th and 8th in the World Championships final in Paris last summer, and in the women’s Triple Jump a pair of 14 metre performers headed by European outdoor silver medallist Heli Koivula-Kruger.
