RUS
Yevgeniya POLYAKOVA: We had a good race. Just my last exchange was not very good. We need to work on that to be able to fight for the medals in the evening.

USA
Lauryn WILLIAMS: My job was very easy today. This morning, I felt a little bit tired. All our exchanges were good. In the final we are not afraid of the Jamaicans, only the stick is the problem. We trained a lot for the relay here in Osaka and we have a very good team atmosphere. I have to admit though that, when I was younger, it has not always been like this.

BEL
Kim GEVAERT: We've got a good team. The girls are in shape, they all set their PB this year. The relay is an event we prepare regularly throughout the year. Some teams didn't line up their best four in the heats and will likely be faster in the final. As for us, we'll just try to do the same and see what happens.

JAM
Simone FACEY: It's good. We just ran fast enough to advance. With Veronica Campbell back in the team for the final, we are looking forward to race the USA again and hopefully take the gold.
