Twice World and Olympic Champion who won her first World title here in Helsinki 22 years ago. The Ambassador of the IAAF, Heike Drechsler.
Also World Champion and World Cup winner, four-time Olympic silver medallist, an IAAF Ambassador, Frank Fredericks from Namibia.
The International Fair Play Award is presented to Heike Drechsler and Frank Fredericks by Lamine Diack, IAAF President and Jeno Kamuti, International Fair Play Committee President.
