The IAAF is very pleased to announce that the IAAF Fantasy Athletics game has now reopened on www.iaaf.org.
IAAF Fantasy Athletics is an exciting online game which will run through the 14 meeting series of the Samsung Diamond League from May to September with a special edition created just for the IAAF World Championships, Daegu, Korea (27 Aug to 4 Sep).
The goal of Fantasy Athletics is to assemble a team of champion athletes which you believe will be as successful as possible during the Samsung Diamond League and IAAF World Championships.
With the inaugural Samsung Diamond League in Doha last week having served as a successful test, each of the following 13 Samsung Diamond League meetings will see 1 Fantasy Athletics winner who will be awarded one authentic IAAF Souvenir.
The special edition for the IAAF World Championships, Daegu, Korea will see a nine-day long competition at the end of which an overall IAAF Fantasy Athletics champion will be crowned!
We are happy to congratulate the IAAF Fantasy Athletics winners for the Doha Samsung Diamond League meeting: M. Alberto Rossini and M. Billy Thorpe who scored 124 points picking Milcah Chemos Cheywa and Walter Dix as their respective team captains.
