four places in Sunday's Paris Half Marathon.
Onsare took the 21.1-kilometer (13.08-mile) event in 1 hour, 1 minute and 33 seconds. Compatriot Wesley Ochoro was second in 1:01:36 and Simon Kasimili placed third in 1:01:43. Elijah Nyabuti sat fourth in 1:02:00.
Latvia's Jelena Procopcuka set the fastest time in the women's field, clocking 1:11:08. Kenya's Beatrice Omwenza finished second in 1:11:33 and Tanzania's Restituta Joseph was third in 1:12:52.
