Lebedeva joins Turin star cast

Olympic Long Jump champion Tatiana Lebedeva, the 2005 Golden League Jackpot million dollar winning Russian athlete, will be in Turin, Italy, for the VII Memorial Primo Nebiolo meeting, for her first Triple Jump contest of the current outdoor season.

The two-time World champion at the Triple Jump will share the springboard with Italy’s Magdelin Martinez, Senegal’s Kenè Ndoye, and Sudan's Yamilè Aldama, for a wonderful Triple Jump next Tuesday 6 June.

Luis Felipe Meliz, the 27-year-old, returns to competition in the men’s Long Jump after injury. He has a 8.43m his personal best, and a good 8.15m (windy) leap already this season. Italy’s World indoor bronze medallist Andrew Howe and USA’s Miguel Pate will be his main opponents.
