The Participants at the Youth Athletics Seminar RDC Moscow (© IAAF)
In the period of September 912 IAAF Moscow Regional Development Centre staged a “Youth Athletics” Seminar, especially stressing females’ preparation.
Twenty four (24) participants from twenty (20) countries, namely: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia (4), Serbia & Montenegro, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine (2), Uzbekistan attended the Seminar.
Dr. Frank Dick, O.B.E. (Great Britain & Northern Ireland), President of the European Athletic Coaches Association (EACA), and Mr. Vadim Zelichenok (Russia), Director of IAAF Moscow Regional Development Centre, were Chairing the Seminar.

All participants unanimously mentioned the high level of all presentations, which embraced most of the issues related to the preparation of young athletes.
Proceeding of the Seminar will be published on the RDC Moscow Website and then issue in a form of a Manual.
