Another World champion suffered defeat this afternoon as St Kitts and Nevis’ Kim Collins was relegated to sixth place in a closely contested 100 metres here in the Louis II stadium in Monaco.
In a neat reversal of places between Paris and Monaco, USA’s Bernard Williams, who took sixth place in the Paris final was the winner today in 10.04 seconds, ahead of compatriot John Capel 10.05 and Nigeria’s Uchenna Emedolu, who came last in Paris, in 10.08.
