Monte-Carlo - The IAAF Council studied the matter of athlete Marion Jones (USA) during its meeting on 23/24 November 2007 and reached the following decisions:
- to annul all her results since 1st September 2000;
- to recommend to the IOC to do the same with regard to her participation in the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Olympic Games.
The four competitions which results have been amended are as follows:
- 2000 Doha IAAF Grand Prix Final: Marion Jones participated in the 100m; finishing 1st.
- 2001 Edmonton IAAF World Championships in Athletics: Marion Jones participated in 2 individual events (100m and 200m); finishing 2nd and 1st respectively. She also participated in the 4 x 100m Relay. These results, however, have already been annulled by the disqualification of Kelli White.
- 2002 Paris IAAF Grand Prix Final: Marion Jones participated in the 100m; finishing 1st and also won the “Overall” Grand Prix Final.
- 2002 Madrid IAAF World Cup in Athletics: Marion Jones participated in the 100m and the 4 x 100m Relay; finishing 1st and 2nd respectively.

Annulation des résultats de Marion Jones
Monte-Carlo — Lors de sa réunion des 23 et 24 novembre 2007, le Conseil de l’IAAF a étudié le cas de l’athlète américaine Marion Jones et a pris les décisions suivantes :
- Annulation de tous ses résultats depuis le 1er septembre 2000.
- Recommandation au CIO d’agir de même au regard de sa participation aux Jeux olympiques de Sydney 2000 et d’Athènes 2004.
Les quatre compétitions dont les résultats ont été amendés sont les suivantes :
- Finale du Grand Prix de l’IAAF, Doha 2000 — Marion Jones avait participé au 100m, terminant à la première place.
- Championnats du Monde d’Athlétisme de l’IAAF, Edmonton 2001 – Marion Jones avait participé à deux épreuves individuelles (100m et 200m), se classant respectivement seconde et première. Elle avait également disputé le relais 4x100m mais ces résultats ont déjà été annulés suite à la disqualification de Kelli White.
- Finale du Grand Prix de l’IAAF, Paris 2002 — Marion Jones avait participé au 100m qu’elle avait enlevé et avait également remporté le classement général final du Grand Prix.
- Coupe du Monde d’Athlétisme de l’IAAF, Madrid 2002 — Marion Jones avait participé au 100m et au relais 4x100m, terminant respectivement première et deuxième.
