WinnerJanieve RUSSELL, JAM
I feel very good that I got the gold for my country. I dedicate my medal to Jamaica. The race went according to the plan which was given to me by my coach. I got personal best, so I am very happy and thankful to God. I have two idols for 400m hurdles and one of them is Melane Walker, the Beijing Olympic Games winner.
Second - Aurelie CHABOUDEZ, FRA
It's fantastic. A medal (silver) and the national record. That's great. My secret? La siesta. I slept twice since I woke up this morning.
Third - Kaila BARBER, USA
I am happy about getting the medal, however the fact that one girl fell down makes me feel upset. I am excited about my experience in the Championships , I have never been to other countries before. I have been practicing since the freshman year in highschool and I am training in Notre Dame highschool, my coach is Alan Turner. I have participated in different disciplines before and some significant achievements to me were winning in the States' Junior Championships in long jump, 300 hurdles and 4x400.
