The management of Olympic women's 200m champion Veronica Campbell have confirmed today that "as a result of her quad injury sustained on 8 June in Gateshead, England, she will not be competing for the rest of the season. The decision was taken after medical consultation and was mutually agreed given the importance of the next three years.
