I felt sick I couldn't perform well in the shot put last night. Technically, I missed it. So, the only cure was to throw well today. It opened my eyes on my abilities for the final. Luckily, it is in two days and I can now rest a little, because I only had a 3-hour sleep last night.

As last year in Goteborg I needed again three throws to qualify. I was struggling in first two rounds and that was despite I'm in really good shape. In the finals 70 plus will make it for gold and I think about 67.50 for the medal. The circle is little bit rough for me and there was nearly no wind so that did not play any role.
