Athletics New Zealand has named 12 athletes to travel to the IAAF World Junior Championships to be staged in Grosseto, Italy from 13 -18 July.

6. Todd Mansfield (Canterbury) 200m, 4x100m Relay, 4x400m Relay
7. Brent Newdick (Auckland) Decathlon, 4x400m Relay
8. Jeffrey Thumath (Auckland) 200m, 4x100m Relay
9. Monique Williams (Waikato Bay Of Plenty) 200m, 400m
10. Graeme Read (North) 200m, 4x100m Relay, 4x400m Relay
11. Jordan Vandermade (Auckland) 4x400m Relay
12. Sam Wilson (Canterbury) 4x400m Relay
