Stuttgart, Germany - The START LIST for the IAAF / VTB Bank World Athletics Final (13 / 14 September 2008) is now available.

21 individual event Olympic champions from Beijing 2008 will head an all-star line-up in the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Stuttgart, Germany, this weekend.

This is the third and final year that the finale of the international one-day meeting series, the annual IAAF World Athletics Tour, will be celebrated in Stuttgart. The city has a fine international athletics tradition, from the old NeckarStadion of the 1986 European Championships to its renovation and renaming as the Gottlieb-Daimler-Stadium of the 1993 World Championships in Athletics.
