Gold   UNITED STATES, USA

Allyson FELIX: "Just feels awesome to be part of this great team. I was a team player today, but I am happy I won the gold. It was lot of fun. In Beijing I will choose between 100m and 200m or 200m and 400m combination. And here I'm still ready to run the 4x400 m in case I will be included."

Torri EDWARDS: "We had some great hand-offs in practice so I was confident coming into the last leg."

Lauryn WILLIAMS: "I want to start as fast as possible and give the lead to Mikele."

Mikele BARBER: "Great race and happy to be part of this fantastic team."

Silver - JAMAICA

Veronica CAMPBELL:
"It was fun, now I am glad that I am finished with this championship. I am happy with my last race. I enjoy this medal. The others executed well. I thank God for everything."

Bronze - BELGIUM

Olivia BORLEE: We don't realize what is happening to us. We knew that the 3rd place would be settled between Russia, Great Britain and us. But for that we needed to run at our best and have perfect exchanges. As we come from a small country, it meant a lot of stress for us. Hard work is the key to our success. Now, it's time to celebrate.

Kim GEVEART: It was part of the reason why I stepped out from the 200m that I wanted to concentrate on the relay. It would be a risk to do both because of my hip problem. But it was not an easy decision."
