The IAAF internet suffered a technical malfunction on Sunday 21 September 2003 which meant that while stories were both reported and published on www.iaaf.org they did not appear on the home page.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope that this problem which was beyond our editorial control did not cause too much disappointment.
