Oxana GRISHINA (RUS) - 2 years ineligibility
Alexander TREMBACH (ISR) - 2 years ineligibility
Ato STEPHENS (TRI) - 2 years ineligibility
Hamilton SILVA (BRA) - 2 years ineligibility
Corne BARNADO (RSA) - 2 years ineligibility
Susanne PUMPER (AUT) - 2 years ineligibility
Yesenia CENTENO SOSA (ESP) - 2 years ineligibility
Luis RIVERA (PUR) - Public warning & Disqualification
Kaltouma NADJINA (CHA) - Public warning & Disqualification
