The independent IAAF Ethics Board has announced on their website an extension of the provisional suspension of IAAF staff members Nick Davies, Jane Boulter-Davies and Pierre-Yves Garnier until 31 January 2017 to allow for the conclusion of the disciplinary investigative process.
Each of the three individuals continue to enjoy the presumption of innocence and the extension of the orders for provisional suspension should not be interpreted as any departure from the principle that each individual is to be considered innocent until the conclusion of the disciplinary investigative process.

La Commission d'éthique indépendante de l'IAAF a annoncé sur son site internet une prolongation de la suspension provisoire de trois employés de l'IAAF, Nick Davies, Jane Boulter-Davies et Pierre-Yves Garnier, jusqu'au 31 janvier 2017 afin de permettre la conclusion du processus d'enquête disciplinaire.
Chacune de ces trois personnes continue à bénéficier de la présomption d'innocence et la prolongation des ordres de suspension provisoire ne doit pas être interprétée comme un abandon du principe selon lequel chaque individu est présumé innocent jusqu'à la conclusion du processus d'enquête disciplinaire.
